Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch every order within two working days of receiving payment, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. Each hamper is carefully packed by hand to protect its contents on the way to you.

We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is £5.95 per order, and complimentary on orders of £100 or more. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Once your hamper is on its way, we’ll email you to let you know.

Our final order date for Christmas dispatch is 15 December 2026. Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail delays during the busy festive period and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We’d always recommend ordering as early as you can.

Hampers can be sent straight to the person you’re treating. Please double check the recipient’s name and address at checkout. We don’t currently include personalised gift messages.
